60 Day Comfort Exchange Policy

At Mattress World, we believe that a great night’s sleep is essential to achieving peak performance in your day to day life. Your mattress is the most important item in your entire home; it affects the way that you feel every day. That being said, we have a trained Sleep Specialist who will take time to pair each person with the mattress that is right for them. We also understand that not everyone can be paired with their perfect mattress the first time, every time. After your mattress is delivered, we require that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days. When replacing mattresses, it can take your body up to 30 days to adjust to a new mattress.


After 30 days, you may select a new mattress for up to 60 days after your original delivery as long as you have purchased a mattress protector with your original mattress purchase. Upon selecting your new mattress you will need to choose one of equal or greater value. Here at Mattress World we do not sanitize and re-sell our mattresses. There will be a one-time swap fee of $99. If needed, you will be required to pay for the delivery of your new mattress (amount may vary depending on location). Smoke, stains, insect infestation, and missing mattress ID tags void this policy. Comfort exchanges do not apply to adjustable bases, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, or foundations. Pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets are non-returnable. Limit One comfort exchange per customer. All purchases are non-refundable.

iComfort and iComfort Hybrid Mattress 120 Night Exchange Policy

After 30 days, you may select a new Premium mattress for up to 120 days after your original delivery as long as you have purchased a mattress protector with your original mattress purchase. Upon selecting your new mattress you will need to choose one of equal or greater value. Here at Mattress World we do not sanitize and re-sell our mattresses. There will not be a disposal fee but you will be required to pay for the delivery of your new mattress. The comfort exchange is for the iComfort or iComfort hybrid mattress only.
